The Berkshire School has been working successfully for more than 100 years, demonstrating an excellent level of academic programs and services, meeting the highest modern requirements of the educational world. The slogan of the educational institution is the phrase "Study not only for school, but also for the future life": there are brought up strong, independent and persistent people who are ready to become outstanding representatives of their sphere in the international community.

Among the main academic directions of the school there are mathematics, exact sciences and research projects and programs, but no less developed are both creative and sports directions. Berkshire School supports environmental movement and takes care of the environment: 38% of electricity is received here from the use of solar panels.

The program for high school students AP is designed in such a way as to give graduates the opportunity to prepare effectively and qualitatively for admission to the chosen university to the desired faculty. The program is academically complex, in-depth: teachers are doing everything possible to increase the level of mastering subjects, to constantly organize mini-tests and knowledge-level tests, to give each student a proper amount of personal attention (classes are small, up to 12 people).

For meals there is a spacious common dining room, for which the special unit of SAGE is responsible: it ensures that food does not contain GMOs and trans fats - only useful home meals, plenty of vegetables and fruits, clean drinking water.

Entry requirements, how to apply, what is required to enrol

All applicants of Berkshire School are required to provide the following documents to the admissions committee in time (deadlines you can check with your manager):

  • A report card with grades from the previous place of study (for the last 2-3 years)
  • Recommendations from teachers: in priority to teachers in mathematics and English, if possible - and from other teachers and class teacher
  • Accompanying motivational letter on the topic "Why do I want to study at your school?"
  • All sorts of awards, cups, medals, letters of thanks (for achievements in sports, creative, academic or social activities)
  • Certificate of English proficiency.

You can take the English exam either directly at the school or at an accredited educational center. In addition, Berkshire School can assign introductory tests in mathematics (held in the same place, most often assigned to high school students).
